By changing his principles, a surgeon begins working with major pharmaceutical companies. He has insured his thumb for a large sum of money, but his mistress takes a painful bite out of his most valuable body part. The man has no choice but to start lying to everyone — to his wife, his friend, and himself — until he gets so hopelessly lost that he might as well hire a hitman to kill his own self.

Should he tell the truth or quietly manoeuvre his way through? And are the people around him being honest with him, or are they manoeuvring in their own way...? This is the unknown forest through which we wander inside our own minds.
