Buying Instructions
Instructions for using the on-line shop:
1. Choose an event you like, through the search engine, or by browsing the catalogue.
2. Click on "Buy".
3. Choose the area (hall or balcony) where you would like to sit.
4. Choose the seats you like. If seats can’t be selected, choose the number of seats you would like to buy. Confirm your choice.
5. Choose appropriate discounts, or if there aren't any, check that your purchase information is correct. Confirm the transaction.
6. Choose the internet bank you would like to use to pay for the tickets.
7. Enter the internet bank and complete the payment. Once the transaction has been completed, click on the button “Tagasi kaupmehe juurde”. If you can't enter the internet bank using your ID card, go to https://www.sk.ee/tervitus and make sure you see the greeting. If you don't, send an e-email to [email protected] and we'll send you instructions.
8. Print the e-tickets.
9. There are two options for using Piletimaailm e-tickets:
- Printed e-tickets may be used at the entrance to the event.
- E-tickets may be exchanged for normal tickets with security elements at all Piletimaailm sales points.
NB! If you can't print your e-tickets, take note of the information on the event you chose. You can get your tickets from a Piletimaailm sales point, if you give the information on the event and present your identification.
Piletimaailm does not refund or exchange purchased tickets unless announced otherwise.
Locked but not purchased seats become available in the system within about 50 minutes.
Piletimaailm is managed by SA Eesti Draamateater, and that's why all transfers are made to the bank account of SA Eesti Draamateater.
Piletimaailm gift cards are available at all Piletimaailm sales points.
