GALA CONCERT TO ESTONIA 100 AND DANNEBROG 800

This festive concert by the world-renowned Danish baroque orchestra Concerto Copenhagen and  Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir is taking place on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 17.00 in Estonia Concert Hall conducted by Lars Ulrik Mortensen and Kaspars Putnins.

The concert will be a splendid marking of the 800 years of the legend of the Danish flag, Estonia gaining its independence 100 years ago and the Danish-Estonian cooperation, presenting musical gems of the baroque repertoire such as by Bach, Händel and Telemann as well as compositions by the world famous Estonian composer Arvo Pärt.  The concert is organized by The Royal Danish Embassy and the Danish Cultural Institute.
